Cruel Power of the Enemy

Cruel Power of the Enemy
My Thoughts:
My friend, the most powerful tool of Satan is his power to deceive, and he uses fallen man as instruments of deception. When one is deceived and falls into sin, he leads them to deceive others. In the Garden of Eden when Satan in the guise of a serpent deceived Eve, she immediately went to deceive her husband and lead him into sin. So it is today.

I’ve long wondered as to the nature of the deception that Satan would play upon the remnant church that would lead them to receive the mark of the beast. It was not until I understood the truth about God that my eyes were opened to the great deception, that is not future but is already in place today. Like a master magician he has led the church to focus their attention upon the day of worship while he artfully switched the One true God of the Bible for the triune god of the trinity. This deception has been so ingrained into the minds of the people that even when the light of truth is shed upon it, they reject it as being of the devil. “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isaiah 5:20).

The condition of the church today has been foretold in the warning to the Church of Laodicea saying “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:” (Revelation 3:15-17). The church today is in this most dreadful condition because they have forsaken the One true God and His Son Jesus Christ and have accepted the god of Babylon as its god. The spiritual condition of the church is nauseating to Christ and unless they are zealous in their repentance, He will vomit them from His mouth.

The remedy for their condition reveals the deception that has been played upon them. “I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.” (Revelation 3:18). They do not have the white robe of Christ’s righteousness because they have forsaken the One true God for the false god of the trinity. The doctrine of the trinity is at the heart of all the evils that have come into the church today.

My friend, will you allow the eyesalve of truth to be applied to your eyes today, that you may see the great deception that has been played upon you? Will you continue to close your eyes to the truth, closing the door of your heart to the knocking of Jesus?

My prayer today is that you will receive the light of truth given to you today and that you will open the door of your heart to Jesus, the only begotten Son of God.

For Such a Time as This!
My Thoughts:
My friend, what constitutes the true church of God? Is it those who worship on the 7th day sabbath? Is it those who have a true understanding of Bible prophecy? These are both good indications of the true church, but unless Jesus the true Son of God is at the head of the church it is not. In these last days the remnant church of God began as the Church of Philadelphia; a pure church without any condemnation before God. But today this remnant church has become the corrupt Church of Laodicea.

What is the true problem with this church? It has forsaken the One true God and His Son Jesus Christ for the false god of the trinity, and as such has joined the ranks of the rest of the daughters of Babylon. However, God still has a remnant within this once pure church. There are those within its body that have not passed the boundaries of hope. To these He says "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20).

Those who heed the warning of the Faithful and True Witness of God will receive the robe of Christ's righteousness and be persecuted for their stance. Their faith will be tried in the fires of affliction, but through it their faith will be stronger for it. This is the true remnant of God "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matthew 18:20) says Jesus.

The denomination of any church does not constitute God's remnant church, neither is it found in any of the doctrines that it may hold. What constitutes God true remnant church is the presence of God through His only begotten Son. How sad it is today that the whole of the Christian world has accepted the counterfeit Christ called "God the Son" in place of the only begotten Son of God.

My friend, If you have been deceived into accepting the false in place of the real, it is time to look away from this false Christ unto the true Son of God today.

Built on the Rock

Built on the Rock
My Thoughts:
My friend, our salvation is built upon the rock of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. When Jesus was here on this earth, Satan did all within his power to overcome the sinless Son of God, but Jesus would not let go of His faith that He was the Son of God. Jesus is the rock of our salvation that Satan cannot overthrow. Even the weakest believer that clings to Jesus is more than a match for the enemy of souls. Thus, he does all that is within his power to discourage and deceive that we may lose hold of our sure salvation in Jesus the only begotten Son of God.

Our true problem is that we are sinful by nature, and as such our lives are mortal and subject to death. The salvation that God offers to us is His very life given to us through His Son. “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.” (1 John 5:11). “For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;” (John 5:26). Therefore, Satan knows that all whom he can to separate from receiving the life of Jesus the only begotten Son of God, will not be saved. Thus, he has introduced to the whole of the Christian world a counterfeit Christ, that we may not receive that life.

By the trinity Satan has introduced a false Christ called “God the Son” who is not really the Son of God but is only a metaphor. Thus, he has deceived the whole of the Christian world, to include the Seventh-day Adventist Church, into setting the anchor of their lives upon a counterfeit in place of the real. Thus, they cannot receive the transforming life of Jesus the Son of God.

My friend, if you are worshiping God as a trinity you have been deceived by Satan. It is time to look away from the false god of the trinity unto the One true God through His Son Jesus Christ today. “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” (John 17:3).
