A New Life Together
My Thoughts:
My friend, the new life that we are given is the very life of God in Jesus Christ. Many times we do not realize the great gift that God has given us in His Son. When Adam was created, the life that he had was a righteous and holy life given to him from God, but when he had sinned, that life was now corrupted with sin. To restore man back into the image of God He did not just give him a holy and righteous life, He gave us His very own divine life.

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). Jesus is the Son of God, not because of His birth on earth, but because He came from the very bosom of the Father. "For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;" (John 5:26). How sad it is today that the whole of the Christian world to include the Seventh-day Adventist Church has been deceived into believing that the Son of God is not truly a son like we are, but is only a metaphor that one of the god-beings has assumed for our salvation.

The trinity denies that the Son of God is truly a son, claiming that He is God the Son, a being that is co-equal and co-eternal with the Father. A being that does not derive His life from anyone; and has always existed. How can this be a gift from God; how can John 3:16 be fulfilled if the being that was given was not His true Son? The plain answer is that it cannot.

The trinity is a false god and is not the God of the Bible. Satan has artfully supplanted the One true God for the triune god of his own making. He has separated us from the very power of God and has so deceived us that we think that we are worshiping God when in fact we are worshiping Satan through the trinity. This is the reason why the Laodicean church is declared "... wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:" (Revelation 3:17).

My friend, the life that is offered to us is the very life of the Father given to us in the life of His Son. "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3). Thus is fulfilled the promise of God "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them." (Ezekiel 36:26, 27).

Who Do You Worship - Wes Taitague

For most Christians the answer to this question seems obvious, but is it really? In this presentation we look at the Alpha & Omega of Heresy spoken of by Ellen White to find out what the alpha was that we may understand the omega. Blessings on the Humble Man
My Thoughts:
My friend, the meekness of Christ can be ours on through a humble submission of our hearts to His. Pride and self-sufficiency thwart the work of Christ in the heart. One cannot be surrendered to Christ while these traits of character are present.

The condition of the church today is similar to that of the Jews at the time of Christ. The Jews believed that they were spiritually in need of nothing. They were the chosen people of God, they were from the line of Abraham and heirs to the promise. But Jesus said "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." (John 8:44).

In like manner Jesus says to the remnant Seventh-day Adventist Church today "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:" (Revelation 3:15-17).

The church is in this condition because it has forsaken the One true God for the false god of the trinity. Their spiritual pride and self-sufficiency blinds them from seeing their true condition before God. They reject the plain words of God that reveals the truth, thinking that those who are showing them are deluded. "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." (John 3:19).

My friend, if you continue to worship God as a trinity, you are worshiping a false God, and if you refuse to accept the plain words of Jesus when He prayed saying "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3), then you are in danger of receiving the mark of the beast just as readily as those who are worshiping on Sunday.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is filled with spiritual pride and self-sufficiency because they believe that they are the remnant church of God; they believe that because they worship God on the seventh-day that they are the only true worshipers of God. Yet while they cling to this belief, they have forsaken the only begotten Son of God, for He is on the outside of His people, seeking to gain entrance saying "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20).

Won't you humble yourself and open the doors of your heart to the One true God through His Son Jesus Christ today?

A Change of Heart Needed
My Thoughts:
My friend, in and of ourselves, we cannot produce righteousness. It is only by the indwelling of the Spirit of Christ that righteousness may be seen us. Our true problem with sin is that our natures are sinful, and unless we receive a new nature, we cannot be righteous.

Righteousness is not right doing as much as it is right being. There is nothing that we can do to become righteous. Just as an apple tree cannot bear oranges, so too is it impossible for us to produce righteousness from a sinful heart. The remedy for our condition is the new birth of the Spirit of Christ within us.

We are not guilty of the sin of our father Adam, but we have inherited his fallen nature. The unrighteous character that we have been born with is not in and of itself sin, but left to ourselves, we sin. The true remedy for sin is not to control our behavior, but to go to the source of our problem, our carnal hearts.

My friend, this is the salvation that is offered to us in Jesus Christ. "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. (Ezekiel 36:26, 27).
