Working Together
My Thoughts:
My friend, work is good for the soul. In the beginning God gave the garden to Adam that he may dress and keep it, and after the fall God said "... cursed is the ground for thy sake;" (Genesis 3:17). While many may look at this as a bad thing, it was in fact a blessing in disguise. In making the earth harder to work, this would require more of his time in tending and keeping it, thus giving him less time for leisure and less idle time for Satan to work upon him.

Satan's greatest power is in his ability to deceive. When Jesus spoke to the disciples about the last days the very first thing He said was "Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many." (Matthew 24:4, 5). Today this has come true in the Christian world as well as in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. By the churches adoption of the trinity he has introduced to us a false Christ, which has the outward appearance of Christ, but is not.

The trinity teaches that the Son of God is not truly the Son of God but is only a metaphor, thus changing the Son of God to "God the Son", who is God first and son second, thus denying both the Father and the Son, for if the Son is not truly a son, then the Father is not truly a father. This is the spirit of antichrist spoken of by the apostle John saying "Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also." (1 John 2;22, 23).

The greatest deception of the last days is not the changing of the Sabbath, but in changing the God that we worship. While we were so focused upon the day of worship, Satan had artfully switched the One true God of the bible for the false god of the trinity. How did this happen you may ask? By corrupting the church from within. "For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. (Jude 4).

My friend, it is time for you to "Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15). It is time to look away from the false god of the trinity unto the only true God through His Son Jesus Christ today.

Silken Cords of Affection

Silken Cords of Affection
My Thoughts:
My friend, true affection for one another comes from above, for it is the work of Christ upon the heart. It is easy to love those who love us, but Jesus said "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" (Matthew 5:44). How is it possible for us to love our enemies, and why is it necessary for us to do so?

In all that Jesus did He was trying to breakdown the barriers in the minds of His disciples and present to them the principals of heaven. He was showing them the futility of them trying to gain heaven by their works, that no amount of effort on their part could transform them. He was presenting to them that they needed a new heart, a new nature if their would enter into the kingdom of God.

How sad is it that so many in the church today are trying to fit themselves for heaven by controlling their behavior. They have been deceived into accepting the trinity as God and have received a false experience of righteousness by faith; an experience that supplants the righteousness of Christ for the righteousness of the law.

The trinity denies the literal son-ship of Jesus and as such denies both the Father and the Son. In doing this the enemy of souls has separated the people of God from the righteousness of God given to us through His Son. The last message of warning to God's end-time church is found in the message to the church of Laodicea. "And knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:" (Revelation 3:17). They are in this conditon because they have forsaken the righteousness of Christ. He bids them "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:19, 20).

My friend, Jesus is knocking upon the doors of your heart, wont you turn from the false god of the trinity unto the true Son of God today?

Holding the Reigns of Government
My Thoughts:
My friend, here on this earth it is necessary for obedience to be taught, for it is not natural for the carnal heart to be subject to the law of God. The carnal heart is selfish and naturally seeks its own will, thus the law was given that we may know the will of God and that a check may be put upon the carnal nature.

Our true problem with sin is that we are sinful by nature. Thus the solution for our problem is not to control our behavior but to receive a new heart; a nature. "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them." (Ezekiel 36:26, 27).

The sad reality today is that so many in the church are seeking to keep the law of God without the Spirit of God. They have accepted the false god of the trinity which has the outward appearance of God, but does not have the power to transform the heart. The trinity denies that Jesus is the literal Son of God and as such those who believe in it cannot receive the Spirit of God in His Son. "And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." 1 John 5:11). "For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;" (John 5:26).

The trinity leads us to a false experience of righteousness by faith, for it lacks the power to transform the heart. Thus the believer looks to the righteousness of the law to transform them, but it has not power to transform the soul. "For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (Romans 8:3, 4).

My friend, if you have been seeking for a transformation of heart that puts you at peace with God, it is time to look away from the false god of the trinity unto the One true God through the His Son Jesus Christ, that you may receive a new heart today.
