My friend, we are living in the time of judgment. Since the end of the 2,300 year prophecy in 1844, Christ has begun the work of judgment in the heavenly sanctuary. This work begins with the dead, and will soon move to the living. It is in this time that we are to prepare characters for heaven.
The final test that is to be brought to the world during the time of trouble is soon to be upon us. At that time everyone will be judged based upon the choice that they make, but before the final test comes, the remnant church of God will be tested first. The close of probation will happen to the church before the world. "For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?" (1 Peter 4:17).
The final test that is to come to the remnant people is found in the first angels message. "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters." (Revelation 14:7). This verse is a call to the people to come back to worship the Creator of heaven and earth. Who is the Creator of heaven and earth? "And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:" (Ephesians 3:9). The true Creator of heaven and earth is the Father who created all things by His Son.
How sad it is today that the remnant church of God, like Israel of old, have turned to worship a false god. By the churches acceptance of the trinity, it has turned its back upon the One true God, for the triune god of Babylon. As such it is in the Laodicean condition spoken of in Revelation 3:17 saying "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:"
The church is in this condition because it has forsaken the God of the Bible, and as such no longer has the righteousness of Christ, for the Faithful and True Witness of God says "I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear;and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see." (verse 18).
The invitation of Jesus is given to the remnant people of God in these last days saying "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (verses 19, 20). Why is Jesus knocking upon the door of the heart of the people? Because they have forsaken Him.
My friend, the church has been corrupted by agents of Satan, and since the passing of the prophet of God and our church pioneers, Satan has little by little brought this omega of heresy into the church, until it was voted in as one of our fundamental beliefs in 1980. It is time to heed the warning of the Faithful and True Witness of God, and invite Jesus, the true Son of God, into our hearts today.
"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3).
