My friend, as the presence of the Father encircled Jesus, so too does the spirit of Christ encircle those who put their trust in Him. Our Comforter is the Spirit of Christ, the one who left heaven, became a man, and condemned sin in the flesh. "For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:" (Romans 8:3).
Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, became flesh for us, died for our sins, that we through Him may have life. "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." (1 John 5:12). What a Comforter we have in Jesus, the Son of the One true God. Yet today, the Seventh-day Adventist church teaches that this Comforter is not the Son of God like the Bible teaches, but is the spirit of another being called God the Holy Spirit. A being that is not the Father nor the Son, does not know what it is like to struggle with sin, and as such has not gained the victory over it. How can this being be our comforter?
When we go through trials in our lives it is comforting to know that we have a Comforter that understands the trials that we are going through; He knows how to give us the victory because He himself has gained that victory and He offers His life to us that we may live His victorious life.
My friend, the trinity is a false god and cannot save us. There is only one true God and He is revealed to us by His Son. "And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3). It is only by the life of the Son of God, that we are conned with God and saved. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;" (1 Timothy 2:5).
God bless,
